First time going here, and very happy with the service. I LOVE how they send text and email updates so you always know where they are in the process of working on your car. Yeah, they are a little pricey, but I've learned the hard way about going to cheap mechanics and then a week later sitting on the side of the road waiting for a tow truck.

Amy, So glad you took notice of our differences. Before I took over this shop, finding a service center I was happy with was always hit-or-miss . Five stars because there aren't any mechanics that I would recommend above them... honest, upfront and TIMELY.. more concerned with my experience than the bottom dollar... never pushed back about work I deemed 'not crucial'...

I can't recommend this place enough.. especially if your knowledge of cars is less than optimal. I will especially tell my friends in that category to come here. It's the honest and transparent way they do business. -removed a $60 charge for assessment because there was a button switched 'on' in my vehicle, instead of switched 'off'.The accurate and prompt turn around time is also a big plus! And there was no pressure to get work done that I deemed, non-essential right now. It's refreshing that Dave seemed more concerned with my experience and returning as a customer than the bottom dollar amount. Because of that perspective, I'll be taking all my cars to this auto mechanic.thanks Dave!
