Excellent Service. Professional attitude yet personal

The service was great; I was informed of any and all work that needed to be done on my car in a timely manner.

I have been taking my cars to Winklers for many years instead of to the dealership. They always fix the issue first time, every time at a reasonable price. The entire staff from front desk to mechanics are courteous and knowledgeable. When I had a question about my most recent repair, Karim the owner personally handled the situation and could not have been more concerned and helpful. Karim bent over backward to make certain I was completely satisfied. In my 50 years of owning cars, I've never witnessed this level of customer commitment.
