I didn't know what to expect when I made an appointment for factory scheduled service for my 2022 Honda Odyssey. After the appointment, I can say I couldn't be happier. I was especially impressed by the professionalism, respect, and friendliness shown by George at the service counter. He was patient, answered all my questions, and explained things clearly without talking down to me. I noticed him giving other customers the same level of service while I waited for my service to be completed. Very highly recommended!

This is a nice and clean spot to take your car. Dennis is a great mechanic, he is a winning member there. Their pricing is a little more than other shops but you get what you pay for.

Friendly local automotive shop with very friendly staff and transparent vehicle inspection reports. The inspection reports are detailed and include pictures of YOUR car which is increasing helpful to see how bad something is rather than hear about it. I have worked with George and Mary and have never left disappointed. Additionally, there was one instance in which a CV axle boot that was replaced at this shop was having problems without my knowledge. It was only caught when I brought the car back for regular maintenance where Winker Automotive caught it, owned it with no excuses, and fixed it free of charge with no hassle. They also offer discounts to regulars. Any time you bring the car in, it will get a vehicle inspection report as well (including oil changes) which is amazing. Give them a shot.

Really disappointed. I thought they were a well respected company. When I called to inquire about a past service and possibly reconsidering doing the work. They never called back to let me k ow if they would or could do the work!

It is absolutely stunning that an auto shop like this can rack up such favorable reviews on google. This shop makes an excellent case for why google reviews should be taken with a grain of salt. What auto shop would return a vehicle to its customer with a disconnected anti-freeze hose after working on the coolant system. What they did literally ruined my car. Don't be tricked by the favorable reviews. Stay away from this shop.

This is my third experience with Winkler and it’s was an amazing customer service experience. I got to them after a bad experience with another auto and I thank my stars for finding them. Every of the 3 experiences have been extremely rewarding. The first visit was for replacement of rear struts that was done nicely despite me on an international trip because of their customer focused technology enabled system. On this recent experience, my car had scheduled replacement of timing belt and the staff did an excellent job of keeping me informed of progress, transparently owning up and taking full and complete responsibility for an issue/complication that ensued with the repairs and ensuring I had a loner car for the entire duration the repair took. George made regular calls to update me on progress and generally check on on how things are going with the loner. I have nothing but gratitude for the customer focused service. If you are looking for a professional, customer centered auto repair shop in the Montgomery County area, try them and you won’t regret it.
