Service is high end, but bruh they are expensive asf!!!!!!!! Literally!!!!!!. Last time coming here. They r always trying to find unnecessary problems and throw in some auto jargon to justify their prices but a quick Google look up and calling another mechanic reveals the hole in their scheme. Very disappointed in them.

I discovered Winkler Automotive through the MVA's certified Emission Repair shops. After performing research on various repair shops, I chose Winkler as my first choice. I chose them for their professionalism, cleanliness, and that they offered a loaner. Previously, I took my vehicle to dealership because it was convenient and it was where I originally purchased the vehicle. I had a reoccurring check engine light on that the dealership was unable to fix yet Winkler fixed it! They also repaired my headlight and foglight that the dealership said they fixed but they didn't. They also impressed me with their inspection of my vehicle and sent me a report via text and email of the status of my vehicle. They sent photos of items that required immediate attention. The photos help explain why the repairs need to done. The repair cost is similar to a dealership, but Winkler has earned my business for their professionalism, integrity, and they fixed my vehicle. I may have to travel a little further, but I don't have time to worry about whether my vehicle is repaired correctly. I will definitely return as needed.

Excellent, Honest Service. I have been using Winkler for all my service needs for more than 10 years. The staff at Winkler are very friendly and accommodating. Many times I cannot wait for my vehicle (or don't want to). They are always happy to give me a ride and pick me up when my vehicle is done. The owner, Karim, has even given me a ride. You won't find that kind of service most places.
