Great attention to detail. Got photos of my car, with possible issues very quickly. It helped me decide on which repairs to make.

Good communication and explanations from Service technician who reviewed with mewhat was needed to be done. Received a "vehicle condition report" by text which showed what was needed vs. recommended. Charges were reviewed. My car was ready when it was promised. Overall a very positive experience.

I dropped off my car the night before for an oil change and safety inspection (being new to the Maryland area). I was contacted first thing in the morning to confirm the work needed. Shortly after, I received an e-mail with a report, containing images of problems and a description of work needed. I also received a phone call from Jin, who provided a thorough explanation of the issues, an estimate for the work to be performed, and potential issues that could arise. I fully expected the work to take a day or two, based on previous experience at other auto repair locations when having similar repairs done - but the work was completed that afternoon. The pricing was reasonable, but the fact that work was performed the same day, limiting the amount of labor hours charged and having my vehicle back to me in tip-top shape was the major value here. Jin was incredibly informative and friendly. We'll be taking our second car to them for the safety inspection next and I fully expect that we'll receive the same high quality service. Being new to the area, its nice to know that we've found an honest, reliable auto repair service that we hope to rely on in the future.

I have been using Winklers for years. Thay always go above and beyond the definition of custom service. I have a 2004 Chevrolet trailblazer with over 140.000 miles , and it's never been in better or capable hands. It's hard to find a repair shop and employees that you can completely trust and feel comfortable with , I have. Thank you again Winklers .

Service was great from start to finish. The service manager installed the windshield wipers himself. Would gladly recommend them to everyone.

This team is FANTASTIC!! So much better than area dealers. They are responsive, professional, kind, and provide excellent customer service. I needed a MD state inspection quickly due to a death in the family the day after purchasing a vehicle in another state. They were able to squeeze me in and get the job done quicker than anticipated.
