Phil went out of his way to make sure our vehicle was serviced correctly, with the correct part even at his own company's expense. They were also very accomodating with pickup and dropoff service. i would recommend WInkler to anyone.

As usual, the appointment was easy to make, the service writers were pleasant and knowledgeable, & the work was done quickly & was reasonably priced. Winkler's is always a pleasure to deal with.

I took my car in for an oil change while you wait service. Shortly after my car went to the service bay out came a technician with information about my car - the belts were worn and at some point they would need to be replaced. I thought that I was stuck in the waiting area but I was offered a ride home. So I got the oil change and had the belts replaced and picked up my car later in the day. I am a steady customer of Winklers because they do fine work and they treat each customer as an important person.

We have been taking our vehicles to "Winkler Automotive" for over 25 years and have always had excellent service performed and when we picked up our vehicle we never doubted that what needed to be serviced or repaired was done correctly and felt secure that whatever work was performed was done with upmost care. George and the people he has working for him either at the service desk or the mechanics have always been courteous and explained exactly what was wrong and what needed to be done to correct it. We never felt like any work was done that didn't need to be done. If something was OK for now but may need to be done in 5,000 miles or so we were given the choice to do work now or later,unless it was a saftey issue and then George, Dave or whoever was at the service desk explained that to us.
