We have been bringing our cars to WInkers for years. They represent the best in customer service. Just recently, I needed an emergency tire repair and had to drop off my car near Winkler's closing time. The person behind the desk kept the shop open for some extra time so that I could stand inside (it was cold/dark outside) in the heat while I waited for my ride. Incredible place - I will keep going there as long as possible.

As always I had a great experience when I took my car in for an oil change. The team reminded me that I was getting close to $60K and I would need some additional service at that point. They made sure to make a note so the next time I'm in they can help me with those services. With everything I have to remmber it's great that I have help with my car.

This garage has exceptionally good value for major scheduled maintenance work. Every other place I've been to for decades has started with a base quote of about $400 for 75,000 mile work, so you would pay at least that amount plus pay for anything else they could find. Here, you only pay "a la carte," which means that you only pay for what you actually need done, so the cost was less than half what I expected. It was a very pleasant surprise!

There's hidden fee in the final bill. Although not a big amount I don't feel good about this. They were also trying to offer me totally unnecessary services and charge thousands of dollars for a normal inspection, -- definitely an overcharge! Will never come back again!

We now have a 2008 and a 2011 both DTS's When they are out of warranty we will be back to see you for service and or repairs. Thanks.

In a word, YES! Make that a resounding YES! I have been a customer since 1998 and have NEVER had a bad experience there. Indeed, one time they accidently damage one of my floor mats (really, it was nothing) and when I came to retrieve the car, George Winkler walked with me to it and pointed out the damage they had done. Remarkable. They fix things right the first time and at a very reasonable price. While I live less than 5 miles away, I would travel 30+ miles just to have them service my vehicles.

The scheduled work on my car was completed as promised and the cost was far below the dealership. George and Dave (sorry) I don't know the others names are very pleasant to deal with. I am saying "goodbye" to the dealership (not that they were unpleasant) but the fees were too high.

Everything was explained to me thoroughly and work was done while I waited. I am always pleased with the service provided and trust them that all work done was necessary to keep my car in top running condition. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for good quality maintenance for their cars.

Been using Winkler for years and am always very pleased with their service. They are honest, do great work, and are reasonably priced.

Phil went out of his way to make sure our vehicle was serviced correctly, with the correct part even at his own company's expense. They were also very accomodating with pickup and dropoff service. i would recommend WInkler to anyone.
