Always feel I am getting the right service at a fair price.

Once again, I am pleased with the attention and service given my '05 Chrysler Pacifica by Winkler's technicians. Having had the 120,000 mile service, I am confident that there is at least another 60,000 miles to go before I consider purchasing a replacement.

Once again, Winkler was there when I needed them - to identify and promptly fix an issue that could not wait. Reliability and a customer-satisfaction culture sets them apart from other shops I've dealt with over the years. I would (and have) recommend them to a friend!

Oil changes are a no brainer at any repair location but it is the nasty problems that crop up that Winkler Automotive really shines. I have had two nasty problems that could have cost me a bunch but as it turns out Winkler located the problems in short order, took me into the shop an showed me the problems and then made the repairs as I waited. They are a First Class Operation.

LOVE these guys. On a couple of occasions I've gone elsewhere, thinking "it's only an oil change" or "I should go to the tire shop for tires" I regret it immediately. The staff at Winkler are courteous without being smarmy, informative without being insulting, and thorough without doing more than necessary. Fantastic.

I've yet to have a bad experience at Winkler's - honest, fair service.
