I told 4 or 5 co-workers about Winkler Automotive today. I have nothing but praise! Sure, you could go to the dirt cheap friend of a friend for service but will they stand by it? Winkler does! When I first called them about an appointment a month ago about brake pad replacement, they told me the parts they would put on and that if I had any issues, they'd surely take care of it because they have an excellent reputation to uphold. I had them replace my front brakes and rotors and then the rear ones two weeks later. After a week, I noticed a squeal I thought was coming from the rear brakes. I took my car back in and... to keep a long story short, when they heard the squeal but couldn't quite tell the location, they replaced all four rotors and pads at no charge to me because... they STAND BY THEIR SERVICE!Oil change or engine work... I'm bringing my car back to Winkler Auto for all of my service from now on.

George, DJ and Dave have been taking care of my car for a couple of years and they always do a first rate job and have a very fair price. Yesterday, I used one of their coupons for an oil change, waited for the car and was in and out inside 45 minutes.In the past, I have had more major work done on the car and they have performed equally as well.I feel very comfortable with their customer service and honest repairs/maintenance.Keep up the great work!
