Went in there for a power steering pump replacement, flush, and brake flush. They were courteous and took the time to explain what needs to be done and cost of each service. The office was has free Wi-Fi which is a plus. You can stay there and wait for your car, if you want. I would highly recommend to a friend.

On my way through Gaithersburg I had unfortunate luck having my car break down. Being a lady traveling by my self, I needed help, quickly! Thankfully there was a small convenience store a couple blocks from where I was stuck. I went inside, looking for someone to help direct me to a repair station and the clerk referred me to Winkler's. Promptly, they came to my rescue, were helpful and gracious. They diagnosed it as a fuel filter problem and had me back on my way in no time. Winkler Auto had fair pricing, friendly service and took excellent care of my car. I would give them five star rating and suggest them for any and all automotive needs.

My car is still running and if it wasn't for Winkler's, it wouldn't be. Always professional and highly competent. I have recommended them to several colleagues.

Excellent as always

I took my Chrysler to Winkler's for a routine oil change and brake inspection. Having had to refill the oil on occasion, it was found that a leaky oil plug needed replacement. The brake rotors were also resurfaced, and now my braking is really smooth. It was also found that tie rod ends were very worn, and they were replaced. I feel much safer now, having had the experience of a broken tie rod end in the past. Over the past 25 years, I have trusted Winkler to keep my high mileage vehicles on the road. I have been very satisfied.

Once again service was performed in a timely manner, and the work results completed the required task.
