I've taken my vehicles to Winkler's for many years because they're always reliable. I trust Winkler's to do excellent work and do it in a timely fashion. They provide me with shuttle service, which I appreciate so much. I have never had to return my car or truck to them for more work because they always do it right the first time. That is worth a lot to me. I have always had positive experiences with Winkler Automotive Service Center.

Took my car in as there was a squealing coming from under the hood. Problem diagnosed in the afternoon, parts ordered overnight and by noon the next day I was able to collect it!!

Great Service, They were very Honest with me about the condition of my car!

Very satisfied; all was done at (or less than) the estimate and at the exact times they promised. The workmanship was clearly at a high level, but there is also an important level of honesty. First, they could have easily added in an extra procedure . . . I'd have never been able to dispute it. But they said they didn't need to do it (it was a possible computer reprogramming; I'd never have known the difference). Second, I asked them to check the brakes. For some that can be a tempting extra add-on, but they said nothing needed to be done - I'm not sure I can count the times on one hand I can remember that response. So, honesty, good price, good workmanship and they clearly know what they're doing. What more do you want?

My neighbor recently recommended your automotive service and we are so pleased. Your staff is friendly and always efficient when getting back to us about the status of our repairs and service. We've been very pleased with all the services provided and feel that we always get an honest and reasonable quote for services. As an example, we went to another automotive center and asked about getting shocks replaced and the price was about 50% more than the quote from Winkler automotive. Thank you Winkler!
