Great Service!

What can I say, again, I only use Winkler Automotive for any repair needed. They only pay the strictest detail when doing repairs on my vehicles. They are very reasonable when it comes to costing, repair parts out, and do a fantastic job on all repairs.

Excellent service. A bit more pricy than some other places, but quality of service second to none, so I suppose you pay for what you get, and what you get is excellence. Highly recommended.

I have been using Winkler automotive for nearly 10 years. I have found them to be the most honest and competent shop in the area. My wife feels that they that her with respect. They have serviced all four of cars. I am really surprised they would be any less than that for a woman of any age. For the last year or so I took my families cars to other repair shops that are closer to my office in Gaithersburg on 355 near Lake Forest Mall. One local chain (Curry's) did good work, but always found some extras that needed repair right away. After falling for that once, I took the car back to Winkler and they showed me exactly why that repair wasn't necessary. Winkler also helped me find cheaper solutions. I really respect their integrity. One time they failed to find an electrical problem and after bringing it back a second time they fixed the problem and gave me a new battery because they missed that the first time. They keep me posted on progress and are ready on time.The only down side is their location, which is out of the way for me. They do provide a free ride and they are prompt in getting me back to work and picking me up. Their prices are not cheap nor expensive. They are what you would expect from a quality place, and generally cheaper the dealer. I recommend them without reservation.

Winkler always gives options to save money on repairs if problems are not major.
