Although I was in for only routine service, the technician took a close look at the vehicle and found a potential problem. Rather than insist on fixing it, the service advisor gave me an honest analysis that allowed me to make the decision. You don't find that kind of honesty very often.

This was my first time taking my car to Winkler automotive and I must say I felt that my car was in good hands and didn't feel as if I was going to be ripped off. The owner George, was very nice very detailed in explaining on the level I could understand on what the problem was with my car. I feel I paid a fair price for his service and I'll be back again.
