George runs a very well organized and professional shop! Between the quick response to calls, text notifications, and online services this shop is truly on a different level to many of their competitors! Had my car in there 2x in 2 weeks for general repairs and then a state inspection as I was moving back to MD. The work was done with great quality and communication and even had great a digital report with puctures of the issues and videos on how to, if i wanted to do it myself! Highly recommend and hope you enjoy the Texas license place now in your collection!

My experience here was unexpected as the care demonstrated by James and the mechanic was priceless. The team approach was customer focus vs profit driven. James’s kept me informed every step of the way as well as the mechanic reaching above and beyond to get my car on the road(car was headed to the junk pile). Time dedicated to multiple repairs resulted in a price tag well below what any other servicer would have charged. I am a female who has little trust in car services. But moreover, going to the mechanic can be intimidating - and they do all they can to normalize the process. The inspection is detailed, with pictures - and the staff explained things in a way that I could understand. Really good experience all around!
