The people here are so friendly! While I was there, an old man walked in, and they knew his name. They patiently listened to what he was saying, which was a little confusing, and worked it out without any damage to the gentleman's ego.In addition, the loaner car they provided was a lifesaver. My husband and I both drive a great deal for work, so being down a car is not an option, but renting one is expensive.Winkler also keeps you updated with emails and/or texts to know when your car is looked at, what is wrong, when it is being worked on, and when it is finished. Love the real-time updates.

The guys at Winkler Auto did a great job in taking care of my service needs. Karim and Tyler were very professional, helpful and honest. Was told by another service center i needed both rear wheel bearings replace when i just needed one. Didn't have any loaner cars available at the time but will shuttle towards an back (Karim the owner took me home). Will definitely come again

The guys at Winkler always take good care of my vehicle. Very courteous and happy to explain if you aren't so car savvy. Often I end up paying less than the original quote because they apply a coupon or discount. As long as I'm in the area, I will remain a loyal customer.

I have been bringing my cars to Winkler's for over 30 years. The cost is comparable to what the dealer might charge, but the comparison ends there. I have never had to worry about being treated fairly at Winkler's. They do a good job, and only do the jobs that need doing. They have always treated my honestly; something that is difficult to find in an auto repair shop. I have recommended Winkler's to my friends with no hesitations.

Excellent service. There was no upsale. I went in for an oil change and it only took an hour. After the oil change I did not have to go back due the mechanic damaging something on my car hahaha

First time going here, and very happy with the service. I LOVE how they send text and email updates so you always know where they are in the process of working on your car. Yeah, they are a little pricey, but I've learned the hard way about going to cheap mechanics and then a week later sitting on the side of the road waiting for a tow truck.
