Hello Marc, I am very sorry to read that you felt you didn't have a good experience with us. I would certainly like the opportunity to understand exactly where we failed you in delivering exceptional service for you. I would also like to address some of the remarks you have made in your review. With regards to your comment about the battery change being unnecessary, I'd like to refer you to the Digital Courtesy Inspection that we sent you on January 18,day of your visit, in which we attached a picture of your battery test. It clearly shows the battery needs replacement, based on it's cold cranking amperage rating as well as its ability to retain a charge. As for the fan making noise, I want to assure you that the work we did on your car, namely the starter replacement, had no bearing on your car's blower motor. These parts are located in very distinct areas of the car (blower motor is located in the passenger footwell area, inside the cabin, and the starter is located underneath the vehicle, outside the cabin), and we would not have interfered with it. As for the loaner cars, we are sorry you could not get one on the day of your visit. While we always do our very best to accomodate a customer who requests a loaner car, please bear in mind that making an appointment doesn't mean that a loaner car will be made available all the time. This is still something the customer should request. And when you made your appointment online, there is no mention of needing a loaner car. Of course, if a vehicle is available at tehe time of your appointment, we will certainly give it to you. But as you probably can understand, even though we have 6 loaner vehicles in our fleet, it is a finite amount, and as you could tell, they are in very high demand. In the future, please make sure to make mention at the time you are making the appointment that you would need a loaner car - this guarantees a loaner car will be available for you then. As for being expensive, it really depends what you mean by that.
