This is my third experience with Winkler and it’s was an amazing customer service experience. I got to them after a bad experience with another auto and I thank my stars for finding them. Every of the 3 experiences have been extremely rewarding. The first visit was for replacement of rear struts that was done nicely despite me on an international trip because of their customer focused technology enabled system. On this recent experience, my car had scheduled replacement of timing belt and the staff did an excellent job of keeping me informed of progress, transparently owning up and taking full and complete responsibility for an issue/complication that ensued with the repairs and ensuring I had a loner car for the entire duration the repair took. George made regular calls to update me on progress and generally check on on how things are going with the loner. I have nothing but gratitude for the customer focused service. If you are looking for a professional, customer centered auto repair shop in the Montgomery County area, try them and you won’t regret it.
