I had brought my car to Winkler after going somewhere else (rhymes with Shmister Smire 😉😉😉) and not feeling confident of their diagnostic process. I am not mechanically inclined at all and heavily rely on others to help me figure stuff out. Well, I had called here and spoke to Mary to explain my situation to which she said “it sounds like they’re giving you the runaround” regarding the other place, and that instantly created a sense of safety that Winkler would take care of me. So I brought my car in for them to look at the starter, as that was the issue, and they did a full diagnostic assessment to verify/confirm it wasn’t anything else causing the issue of course. Once completed they found a few things that were original to the car like radiator hoses, oil pan leak, and did a few fluid flushes. Once I got the car back I could not believe how wonderfully it drove, the car is from 2015 so I wasn’t expecting much, but holy cow!!! 10/10 recommend this place, for someone to be not at all mechanically inclined, I felt like I was not taken advantage of and they did the work needed without trying to sell me a bunch of work or costing an arm and a leg. They also gave me their technet warranty plan which if I’m understanding correctly is something mechanics just don’t do anymore, they don’t warranty their work, but winkler does!
