Absolute 5-star service. My 2013 Honda Civic is being properly maintained and running well thanks to the Winkler Auto service. I always love getting the courtesy inspection service whenever engine oil change is done and a ride back to home after the car drop off. Please keep up the good customer service. I changed rear brake pads, coolant hose and other major parts here. Service costs are reasonable to me. A special shoutout to Mary for explaining all the issues in the inspection report clearly and identifying safety issues with high priorities to fix.

I recently took my car to Winkler Automotive and, man, am I impressed! Booked an appointment on their website and got in the very next day. I left my car at 7:30 in the morning, and by 3:30, they were all done. They did a ton of work...new brake pads and rotors, brake fluid flush and replace, coolant refresh, and even managed to get out a super stripped oil drain pan nut before doing an oil change. They did all this and finished everything $200 under the quote they initially gave me! The quality of the work is top-notch, and the value unbeatable. As long as I live in the area, I expect I'll be bringing my cars in to Winkler... highly recommend!

I brought my car in and Winkler identified several issues that were needing repair. Saul and i discussed my desire for them to work primarily on safety issues, and he was very forthright with telling me what he felt was necessary and what could wait, which I really appreciated. The work could not be completed in timely way through fault of my old car, so loaner was offered. The staff kept me informed every step of the way. Thanks to Saul and Mary. I'm sorry I do not know the names of the other staff who worked on the car. The work was done well, and communication was excellent. They even followed up after I got the car back. I so appreciate staff and ownership being responsible and caring about the customer's satisfaction.

I had brought my car to Winkler after going somewhere else (rhymes with Shmister Smire 😉😉😉) and not feeling confident of their diagnostic process. I am not mechanically inclined at all and heavily rely on others to help me figure stuff out. Well, I had called here and spoke to Mary to explain my situation to which she said “it sounds like they’re giving you the runaround” regarding the other place, and that instantly created a sense of safety that Winkler would take care of me. So I brought my car in for them to look at the starter, as that was the issue, and they did a full diagnostic assessment to verify/confirm it wasn’t anything else causing the issue of course. Once completed they found a few things that were original to the car like radiator hoses, oil pan leak, and did a few fluid flushes. Once I got the car back I could not believe how wonderfully it drove, the car is from 2015 so I wasn’t expecting much, but holy cow!!! 10/10 recommend this place, for someone to be not at all mechanically inclined, I felt like I was not taken advantage of and they did the work needed without trying to sell me a bunch of work or costing an arm and a leg. They also gave me their technet warranty plan which if I’m understanding correctly is something mechanics just don’t do anymore, they don’t warranty their work, but winkler does!
