I have been a loyal customer for about 20 years and it is great to see DJ back in the shop. DJ was as always courteous, professional and very helpful in checking my vehicle's history at Winklers to determine what needed to be performed and to prevent unnessary service. My vehicle has almost 120 thousand miles and is still going strong.

My husband and I have been bringing our cars to Winkler for several years now. Although we live in Bethesda, the honesty, fairness and professionalism of the "Winkler experience" make the trip to Gaithersburg well worth it. In forty years of owning cars, Winkler Automotive is the only car maintenance/repair company that has not tried to, or actually succeeded in charging me outrageous prices for what turned out to be unnecessary work on my car. The entire team was excellent. I was referred to Winklers by a friend, I guess I owe him a beer. My wife had the tire pressure checked in her SUV at another local garage and they told her that she had a major problem. Just from sight, they told her that she needed to replace the struts and ball joints, causing her to panic. I was highly speculative. I took the vehicle to Winkler's for a second opinion. The Winkler team did a complete test and analysis of the entire front end. They reported that the entire front end was in excellent condition and I did not need to do anything. This kind of honest service has made me a customer for life. Finding a mechanic that you can trust is AWESOME!!!!? I would recommend Winkler's Automotive.
