Excellent service as usual -- George and Dave always friendly, courteous, and efficient.

Diagnosed my car's problem and fixed it. The old car runs like new again. Only reason I did not rate 5 stars is that the windshield wiper I asked Winkler to put on for me came lose after 10 minutes of use during a rain storm.

We apologize for your windshield wiper problem? Please stop by and we will be glad to recheck it and or replace it for you at no charge!

I am always pleased with the work you do and appreciate your explaining things I don't quite understand. I feel like you genuinely care about my safety. I was pleasantly surprised that you were able to replace the handle on the front door - passenger side. I also appreciate the cleanliness of your premises. Thank you for caring.

The staff understands that the customer is the most important part of the service. Dave is very conscientious about making sure that the customer understands the work that is needed and why. In over 20 years, I've never felt that I had been "sold" something I didn't need. In fact, I have often been told that something I thought needed fixing, and would have paid for, didn't need the work. That is honesty.

Although I chose to not have Winkler ultimately repair my vehicle (due to the cost of it), I feel confident that the assessment I received was honest and accurate. Everyone was also very knowledgeable and even suggested how I could sell my car for a down-payment on a new car. I live in Baltimore but will certainly make the trip to Winkler in the future for car care needs that arise. Two thumbs up!

I recently took my vehicle in for a winter maintenance package. While performing the inspections, they found some other things that needed to be done. They contacted me and requested permission to do those things before starting the work. They ran into a snag that looked like it would cost more than what they originally quoted so they called me again. I agreed and they continued their work. I was pleasantly surprised when I picked up my vehicle, I was only charged the original price quoted to me. It turns out the work didn't take as long as anticipated.
