This place is fantastic.1st time visit 3 days ago. I took my 4Runner there, upon recommendation of my Father. I had a bad window Motor & Regulator. They replace all parts, quickly I might add. Their work was prompt, fair priced, and the quality of workmanship & service was amazing. I was given a complimentary loaner, and I expected the work to take at least 3 days. I had my keys back in hand the next afternoon. The main lobby was exceptionally clean and had all the considerations of Covid in place (Barriers, designated used & unused pens, etc ). 5/5 for me, would definitely recommend, and will definitely be coming back for more work. Personally, I dealt with a Gentleman named George there, and he was very precise, polite, and courteous. Explained in depth what the issues were, and how they remedied them. Also, another thing to note, is the way they reach out to you on their Diagnostic feedback. They will contact you soon with a txt/link, that has an amazing format to view & understand. They will let you know what your direct issue is, as well as upcoming things you need to consider towards your vehicle. I, personally, was impressed at that. Again, amazing stuff from these guys 👌

George is simply the best mechanic I’ve had the please to work with in more than 40 years. He is polite, accommodating and fun. I trust him completely. There have been many opportunities to recommend unnecessary work but George doesn’t operate that way. He does what needs to done, no more, no less, on time for a fair price.

Extremely detailed with inspections and very thorough without being pushy, constant updates on progress. Very friendly and professional. Will definitely be coming back.

You'd be hard pressed to find another service facility that offers the same level of ethical, compassionate, and personal service. The dedicated service team listen to your needs, exceed your expectations, and deliver on their promises! You can tell that they sincerely care, and have the customer’s best interest at heart. Pride, integrity, family owned and family centered, and the sense of value that comes with a job well done.

The staff was very helpful and pleasant to deal with. I like the fact that they email detail image of work that need to be done. They are honest as to what needs e Imitate attention and what can wait for a later repair.
