Exceptional Service. Honesty, integrity, with an onsite owner who really cares about his customers, and their cars. You'd be hard pressed to find another service facility that offers the same level of ethical, compassionate, and personal service. The dedicated service team listen to your needs, exceed your expectations, and deliver on their promises! You can tell that they sincerely care, and have the customer’s best interest at heart. Pride, integrity, family owned and family centered, and the sense of value that comes with a job well done.

I've been twice to Winkler's. They are very convenient to me; so decided to give them a try. The first time was for a transmission fluid flush/replacement. That was in October. I was a bit leery about them when they tried to claim that my oil was "very dirty" - the thing is; I had just been to the dealership for an oil change; which is why I wasn't getting an oil change through them. Long story short (after going back to the dealership; even with them going - the oil is fine....); I decided to give Winkler's another chance. I needed an oil change and new wipers and when I saw their Spring Special I decided - ok, here's their 2nd chance..... And yep; I will never go back after they tried to claim it was time for another transmission fluid replacement. After 6 months. The guy tried apologizing by saying the recommendations are based on mileage and not the work they've already done. Which tells me that I simply cannot trust them to not try to slide in duplicate work/charges.

The staff was very helpful and pleasant to deal with. I like the fact that they email detail image of work that need to be done. They are honest as to what needs e Imitate attention and what can wait for a later repair.

Brought my used truck in for a MD State Inspection after buying it in VA. My truck failed the MD Inspection for an item that should have resulted in a failed VA Inspection, even though my truck had a sticker on the windshield stating it passed VA Inspection at the time I drove it off the lot. I worked with George in this particular instance, although I have worked with Dino on occasion and I highly recommend working with either of them. George doubled as my personal therapist as I vented in the lobby (luckily no one else was around to hear my choice words) about feeling duped by the dealership and he definitely deserves a second salary just for listening to me rant. After all was said and done, I went ahead and asked them to go ahead and take care of the repairs because they deserved the business - plus I've been coming here for about 3 years now and I know they always do their best to look out for me. If you're like me and you prefer to be a life time customer with auto service center, then please give this place a shot. I promise you will not be disappointed in the level of professionalism, transparency and hard work these guys bring into their shop every day. Also, just wanted to add - shoutout to the inspector for finding the issue with my vehicle and shoutout to the mechanic who worked on my truck. While the front counter is the face of the experience, the guys in the back definitely deserve recognition as well!
